The scarf is a satin/silk blend
which means that Fiber Etch will etch away
the satin and leave the sheer silk behind.
If you've seen these scarfs in the store, you
know how much they cost - ouch.
It's super easy to do and you
get to cut out snowflakes too! When's the last
time you did that? As
you can see this scarf has
a truly glorious sheen to
it - and it's fully washable.
No dry cleaning necessary.
The satin/silk scarf takes
dye wonderfully if you decide to add color
after you've finished etching your design.
Below is my version of the satin-silk scarf
- etched and dyed.
