The outline of the smiling Kitty
faces is traced onto white or pale fabric,
then stitched with a wide satin stitch
using rayon thread in bright colors.
We used whimsical cat fabrics and stitched
them crazy quilt style around
the kitty face blocks.
The whole quilt is simply machine stipple
quilted. Easy-and-fun to make, perfect
for every cat lover.

- 1/2 yard kitty print fabric
- 1/2 yard black backgruond print
fabric
- 1/2 yard each, assorted colors
to match kitty faces
- 1-3/4 yards yellow print border
fabric
- 1-3/4 yards solid black for sashing
and binding

- 2 yards black print for border
- 4-1/3 yards fabric for backing
- 1 twin size batting
- Iron-on stabilizer
- 19" x 24" tracing paper
