Fiber Etch® is a liquid gel
which comes ready to use for Devore'
or "burnout" processes*.
You can create some incredible effects
with it on both fabric and paper. Fiber
Etch is also for use on paper and
wood. It actually 'etches' into
the surface of the paper and wood.
Fiber Etch was used to create costumes
for: Lemony Snicket's
- A Series of Unfortunate Events, Constantine,
Pirates of the Caribbean, Pirates of
the Caribbean II, and Pirates
of the Caribbean III - of course
the studios used it in 55 gallon drums!
With Fiber Etch you
can:
Easily make your OWN designer fabrics.
- Create transparent areas on specialty
fabrics: rayon/silk, rayon/silk velvet,
silk/linen, batiste cotton.
- Add decorative stitching to your
new fabrics.
- Etches specialty paper
- Make woodburned effect
- Incised lines
- "Watermarks"
- Add watercolors, dyes, or pastel
to your paper
Fiber Etch may be: |
